We are Adventure Works, a local DeKalb nonprofit organization whose mission is to change lives of youth through adventure therapy and experiential learning. We are fundraising and collecting in-kind donations for the construction of our Bird and Butterfly Sanctuary this Giving Tuesday, December 2nd!

The Project
Create a peaceful, nature-based experience for youth that supports mental health and teaches the value of native spaces for a healthy local ecosystem - and provide a home to those species!
The Impact

Offers a sensory-friendly experience for youth with autism spectrum disorder and other sensory-sensitive individuals.

Educates youth to support and sustain our local ecosystem.

Provides a mindfulness space promoting mental health through connection with nature..
