Adventure Works is currently hiring for the following positions:

The Front office lead is the "face" of the Adventure Works organization. The front office lead will need to represent the organization in a professional and friendly manner on the phone as well as in person. This person will be responsible for tending to clients and their families in a timely manner and maintaining the waiting room area. This person will manage the front office and all aspects of client customer service including; scheduling of clients, maintaining and collecting necessary client paperwork, establishing insurance verification, collecting of copayments and submitting invoices to insurance, as well as assisting clinicians with necessary sign in sheets and supplies. The front office lead will be committed to the Adventure Works mission and the Gather, Guide, Grow organizational ethos.

Salary range: $31-43,000/year depending on level of of experience. Benefits include a Simple IRA with up to 3% matching, QSEHRA (Qualified Small Employer Health Reimbursement Arrangement) up to $5,450/year and paid time off.

Our clinicians work through a multicultural and trauma sensitive lens in their work with clients and families.

Clinicians are responsible for intake assessment, treatment planning, and implementation of outdoor behavioral healthcare,  experiential modalities, or talk therapy sessions, in accordance with individual or family needs. ​

All members of the Adventure Works team are  responsible for fostering collaborative relationships with our constituents, staff members, and the community. 

Salary range: $42-45k/year depending on level of licensure and years of experience. Benefits include a Simple IRA with up to 3% matching, QSEHRA (Qualified Small Employer Health Reimbursement Arrangement) up to $5,450/year and paid time off.

 The Maintenance/custodial position cleans and maintains the property and buildings of Adventure Works. This position will take the lead on enhancing and amplifying indoor and outdoor therapeutic spaces at Adventure Works, thus ensuring that all areas are ready for use.

Pay range: Pay rate: $13-$18/hr depending on experience, part time, hourly
