Adventure Works is currently hiring for two positions. Applications are accepted through the Google Form link below.

Client Experience Specialist

The Client Experience Specialist serves as the operational hub of the Adventure Works office and plays a critical role in ensuring the organization functions smoothly, professionally, and consistently. This individual is often the first point of contact for clients, families, clinicians, referral partners, and community members and is expected to represent the organization with warmth, professionalism, emotional maturity, and strong operational competence.

This role is best suited for a highly organized, proactive, and systems-oriented professional who can manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, follow-through, and a calm demeanor under pressure. The Client Experience Specialist supports the daily flow of clinical and administrative operations, helps maintain an organized and welcoming environment, and contributes positively to team communication and organizational culture.

Success in this role requires strong executive functioning skills, excellent judgment, emotional regulation, initiative, professionalism, and the ability to communicate directly and respectfully in a collaborative behavioral health setting.

Adventure Works values individuals who are both relationally skilled and operationally dependable; people who can build trust while also maintaining structure, accountability, and consistency.

If you have a passion for organizational systems, and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, Public Health, Nonprofit Organizational Leadership, or a related field -- or you have an equivalent combination of education and experience, you are welcome to apply by using the link below.

In addition to competitive pay, you'll receive healthcare reimbursement for qualified costs, paid time off, in-house adventure therapy training and supervision toward the Certificate in Clinical Adventure Therapy through the Association of Experiential Education, as well as an annual professional development stipend for external trainings.

Please apply if you can make a commitment at one of these levels:
